really good stay
king size bed private space beach towel
the family room suited us. it included a king size bed and bunk beds separated by curtains. this created a private space for the children. the room was equipped with beach towels and flip flops. these were changed daily upon request. mosquito plugs were also available in the room.
the hotel was expensive compared to other hotels in thailand! it seemed like not great value for money.

the staff provided prompt and helpful service throughout the stay. i saw daily anti-mosquito sprays being applied before midnight. the reception staff offered assistance with excursion bookings. these details contributed positively to the overall hotel experience.

mold in bathroom poor maintenance
the breakfast had a good variety of food options.
The room was small and not WELL maintained. there was mold in the bathroom. I felt IT was dirty. price and quality was not good

kind staff good care great breakfast
the staff was very kind. bouy, chanah, oii, and four took good care of everything (i really appreciated their hard work). the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).

quiet location clean room soft bedding
i found the location great and quiet. the room was clean. i appreciated the soft bedding. breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted fresh.
the pool area was a bit small for the number of guests.

serene resort experience
exotic fruits long pool privacy sunbeds
i found the breakfasts offered large variety. exotic fruits were available. noodle dishes and rice dishes added options. the infinity pool was long and fine to me. sunbeds dotted different areas offering some privacy.
i noticed i only had one pillow each in bed. the bathroom emitted a bad smell. it smelled like garlic onion and damp. i didn't report it because i stayed two nights.
